Payout problems
Payouts and bank details are handled by Stripe, not by Tipper. If a payout is delayed, held, or your bank account needs updating, the fastest fix is your Stripe Express dashboard:

There you can see your payout schedule and history, update your bank or debit card, finish any verification Stripe still needs, and trigger an instant payout if your card is eligible. If something still looks wrong after checking Stripe, email us and we'll dig in.
Common questions
Do the people tipping me need an app?
No. They point a phone camera at your QR code, tap Apple Pay or Google Pay, and confirm. Card works too. Nothing to download on their end.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run on a two-day rolling schedule once your Stripe account is verified. For instant payout to a debit card, see the section below — it carries a 1.5% fee (minimum $0.50) charged by Stripe.
What does it cost?
Setting up is free and you keep 100% of every tip. The customer pays a service fee on top — 10% plus $0.30, capped at $3.
What if I work at more than one place?
One page and one QR code cover you everywhere. Update your venue when you switch; every tip lands in the same account.
